The use of technologies in teaching and learning processes - 10/13/2015 - Sala Debate - Canal Futura Whether through cell phones, computers or satellite TV, different technologies are changing the way knowledge is produced in the classroom. Students are becoming increasingly autonomous, producing information and solving problems independently. Teachers, on the other hand, are responsible for preparing different learning opportunities. However, in a country like Brazil, the use of these tools is not a reality in all Brazilian schools. According to data from the 2014 school census, 86 percent of schools located in urban areas have access to the Internet, however, among rural schools this number is only 16 percent. According to experts, the biggest challenge today is to offer quality and equal access to communication and information tools for everyone. Furthermore, these tools must actually assist teaching and the production of knowledge in the classroom. The use of technologies in teaching and learning processes.
