Hey, a year ago, just before Christmas, I published a film about Desert Storm, a major international operation against Iraq, which had occupied Kuwait. Another major military operation led by the Americans took place a decade later in Afghanistan. This time, Washington targeted Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban. The former was the leader of Al-Qaeda - the organization responsible for the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States. The Taliban, on the other hand, had been hiding the terrorist on their territory for years. When George W. Bush demanded that Bin Laden be handed over, they firmly refused. This resulted in an international operation, which was to first find the Saudi and secondly deprive the Afghan radicals of power. In the latest installment, I try to tell you step by step about the operation that led to the Americans taking control of Afghanistan. Most of the materials used in the film come from the public domain and the X portal, as well as the AP archive.
