Over 30 years ago, an incredible stage in Honda's history began. Tadao Baba, a Japanese motorcycle engineer, became the original designer of the Fireblade series, which redefined sports motorcycles. Previously, motorcycles such as the Suzuki GSX-R1100 or Yamaha FZR1000 dominated, which were fast, but at the same time large, even huge and above all heavy. It was then that Tadao Baba decided that calling them sports was a big exaggeration and took matters into his own hands. The first Fireblade CBR900RR SC28 was created 3 years later and was an innovative equipment - it was characterized by low weight, high power, ease of handling and simplicity of construction. Since then, the family of the most sporty CBRs has grown exponentially, it has 9 models, while we focused on the last, newest and, as it turned out, the most uncompromising. The piece that fell into our hands was literally unique. It is a limited version, created for the 30th anniversary of the series. The CBR 1000RR-R Fireblade SP turned out to be a wild, powerful motorcycle, teleporting on the public road, and its colors referring to the 90s charmed our entire team! The Honda Fireblade is not just a motorcycle, it is a legend, history and a community that was created around it. Recording an episode with the latest generation, we decided that it was a great opportunity to meet and show people who are users and often fans of this series.
