Does a person need to take fiber, even if it is not essential? Check out the comprehensive piece on fiber! In recent years, supporters of some fashionable nutritional styles, such as low-carb and carnivore, emphasize that fiber is not an essential component of nutrition for us and therefore question its role in human nutrition. They cite Eskimos and other anecdotal evidence as examples, and often even claim that sources of fiber are bad for us. That's why we decided to comprehensively process fiber in a new episode of the IMV Podcast.
