Hassan Shameizadeh is an Iranian composer and singer who composed many famous songs for pre-revolution singers such as Googoosh, Shohreh Solati, Dariush, Hayedeh, Mahasti, Aref, and Leila Forouhar. He had a successful collaboration with Ardalan Sarfaraz and Googoosh for a while, and they became an artistic triangle. Shameizadeh composed many songs for Googoosh, such as Gharib Ashna, Kavir, Kouh, Do Panjere, Jadh. But Googoosh did not pay Shameizadeh for the songs and had to take legal action.
