In September, the Sonik Tradeshow took place at Lake Katlov in the Czech Republic and we were lucky enough to be among the invited guests. Every year, the event is eagerly awaited. What new products will the tackle manufacturer bring to market, which products have been improved? We were there and recorded our first impressions for you. The Sonik Tradeshow is an annual event for dealers and others, where the new products from the renowned UK manufacturer are presented for the coming season. Everything is set up in a stylish way, some of them staged in a way that makes the products actually look like they would be used on the water. In short: an event that makes the hearts of tackle lovers beat faster! The Sonik Gizmo was in the spotlight at this year's tradeshow - a bite indicator that has been one of Sonik's top products for a few years now. But over the years, the preferences and needs of us anglers change, which is why Sonik has developed a new edition, a revised version of the Gizmo: the Gizmo Two. We can tell you that a lot has happened! But Sonik hasn't just brought out bite alarms; a new range of bags at an absolutely top price, headlamps that can be charged via cable, and a brand new range of clothing were also on display for the first time at the trade show. There are also new tents, sleep systems, chairs and rods. As you can see, the list of new products is really long. Together with Ronny Luft, the German sales manager at Sonik, Mark Dörner took a tour of the trade show. In the video, they take a look at the highlights, Ronny explains what improvements have been made to the products and at the end Mark even gives away several trade show specials that you can't buy for money.
