The polls in the Republic of Moldova have ended, but their tension is still felt. A lot of people are thinking about the parliamentary ones from next year, the ones in Romania and the USA. This pre- and post-election tension continues the series of stresses produced by pandemics, wars and economic crises. How do we deal with them? During this electoral period, I heard from many people that they feel a lot of tension related to the elections in the Republic of Moldova, but also those in Georgia, Romania or the United States of America. In addition, people are already thinking with chills about the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova next year. This year, also dubbed "super election", seems to continue the series of events that have kept us in tension in recent years, starting with the COVID-19 pandemic and continuing with the war in Ukraine and the economic crises that came with these disasters. And now the war in the Middle East. All this has made the political tension at the world level ever higher. It is happening against the backdrop of climate change and the development of Artificial Intelligence, seen as a solution by some and a threat by others. We spoke with Adriana Boros, narrativist therapist and educational advisor, about how we can manage stress in this period dominated by social crises of all kinds, which affect us all. In this episode of "Social Laboratory" Adriana Boros explains why adapting to such difficult situations is not the solution and why it is more important to develop our resilience. You will learn the difference between adaptation and resilience and what our ability to deal with difficult situations depends on. We also discussed the behaviors and attitudes that help us in such situations, but also which ones to avoid. And finally, we analyzed whether crisis situations can also be opportunities for development at the individual and societal level. *** ✔️ Subscribe to Free Europe on social networks: Facebook - / europalibera.org Instagram - / europalibera Odnoklassniki - https://ok.ru/group/52203659460797 🌐 Visit our website for the latest news and reports - https://moldova.europalibera.org/ 📜 We are glad that you participate in our debates and write comments, but please respect some rules: 1.
