Morterone is a small town of 10 inhabitants with the particularity of being a municipality, and therefore having its own mayor and all its own institutional figures. It is located in the province of Lecco, in Lombardy, over 30 minutes by car from the town center supplied with basic necessities. How do the people who have decided to stay in Morterone live? What does it mean to be the mayor of such a particular reality? What remains today of the old town where over 800 people once lived? We went to Morterone to collect the answers!
