Franco Milazzo used to be a scammer, who made a living by deluding humble people by helping them become TV stars, in order to then take their money and then leave. Solitary and egocentric, very well trained, he is a fan of movies about guerrilla and survival heroes (like Rambo) and envies that kind of life. The simulators make him believe that he will participate in a reality show where he will have to survive an entire year in the Impenetrable (the Chaco-Santiago forest), only to keep a large part of his money and erase him from urban existence. In the second season, Milazzo realizes that it was all a scam and begins his return to Buenos Aires, in order to find Santos, Ravenna, Lamponne and Medina with the aim of executing them. When he sees a news item about the neutralisation of a terrorist on board a plane by Los Simuladores, he makes an identikit of them with magazine clippings from other people... Franco Milazzo was played by César Viglianco. Los Simuladores was an Argentine television series about a group of four partners who, through sophisticated simulation operations, solve the problems of ordinary people. It was televised by Telefe, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It ran for two seasons, the first in 2002 and the second in 2003. It achieved very high audience levels. It earned the series the Martín Fierro de Oro Award in 2002.
