Eliott "Eli" Shane: The main hero of the series who grew up on the surface, always dreaming of the day his father would take him to SlugTerra to become The Shane - a slug-throwing hero who protects this incredible underground world from evil. When William "Will" Shane goes missing, it is up to Eli to arrive at SlugTerra only on his fifteenth birthday, as well as learn how to become the best slug thrower.
