Panorama exclusively revealed that plastic surgeon Mario Cabani, who allegedly performed cosmetic surgery on President Dina Boluarte, was the boss of the current CEO of EsSalud, María Elena Aguilar, who worked for Cabani for several months at his clinic before being appointed to the State. Our Investigation Unit had access, as a scoop, to three pay slips that confirm the close relationship between Cabani and Aguilar. The friendship between the two is said to be really close to the point that María Alejandra García, daughter of María Elena Aguilar, also provided services at the “Calinica Cabani Cirugía Estética” in San Borja. Precisely, our head of investigation, Karla Ramírez, visited Dr. Cabani’s clinic and confirmed what was unknown until now: that María Elena Aguilar worked at this aesthetic center and that many of the current workers still remember her, although they avoided commenting on their relationship with the famous plastic surgeon. THE CASE OF DANTE GARCÍA But not only that. Panorama also revealed that Dante García Aguilar, son of the current executive president of EsSalud, issued two service orders to the Special Legacy Project, of the presidency of the Council of Ministers, for S/6 thousand during 2024.
