What do you need for the perfect currywurst? It's really simple and one of the BEST currywurst sauces we know. We've tried out lots of currywurst recipes and have been working on our perfect curry sauce over and over again. And here's the result! An absolute dream of a currywurst! This will definitely be your new favorite! You need the following ingredients for around 4 people: 4 large sausages without casings 2 tablespoons curry 1 pinch of cayenne pepper 15 tablespoons of strained tomatoes 1 freshly squeezed orange 8 cl cloudy apple juice 1 tablespoon turmeric 200ml ketchup 3 tablespoons honey To marinate the sausage you need oil, turmeric and curry.
