08.15.2021. It's Ferragosto and the best way to celebrate is to go to Orgosolo, to eat one of the most famous dishes of Sardinian cuisine: roast suckling pig. We go to a super authentic place, where they serve us, in addition to a perfectly cooked suckling pig, typical cured meats, cheese, boiled sheep, local sweets, yours washed down with cannonau and brandy. And then we couldn't miss a visit to Orgosolo, to admire the fantastic murals and the parade of knights for the feast of the Assumption.
