To try the delicious traditional food of Teotitlán del Valle, the land of wool rugs, Miguel visits Carina's kitchen, “Tierra antigua” (ancient land), well known in the area. The first recipe they make is an ancestral food called segueza, which is customary during the festivals of Teotitlán del Valle.
