Dr. Le Nguyen Phuong graduated with a Master’s degree in Educational and School Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership specializing in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California. He has more than 18 years of experience as a School Psychologist for large school districts in California, USA and is also a lecturer in the Psychology and School Counseling graduate programs at California State University, Long Beach University and Chapman University. In 2011, he was the first person to receive the International School Psychology Practice Award of the International School Psychology Association. He is also the co-founder of the Consortium to Advance School Psychology in Vietnam (CASP-V) in 2010 and a Fulbright Specialist of the US Department of State from 2014 to 2019.
