The railway in the barn is a fantastic model railway layout in H0 scale near Freiburg. The layout shows the Höllentalbahn from Freiburg to Neustadt and the branch line via Lenzkirch to Bonndorf as it was in the 1930s. The line to Donaueschingen ends in the shadow station of the same name. The Kappel-Gutachbrücke junction station is represented by a switch in the track spiral. The Neustadt, Lenzkirch and Bonndorf stations were rebuilt exactly according to their model from around 1934. The builder of the layout is Josef Brandl.
