This time, I stayed at "Kai Unzen" in Unzen City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Opening in November 2022, I was able to enjoy Nagasaki's Japanese, Chinese and Dutch culture, including letterpress printing experiences and local ingredients. At the time of filming, it was snowing and I lost feeling in my hands in the extreme cold of minus 4 degrees Celsius (lol).
