The Ikarus 280, initially bearing the registration number BU 91-40, began its career in 1983 at Volán's local plant in Győr. It was renumbered in 1990, when it received the registration number AFF-640. After its frame replacement renovation in 1999, it was already plying the roads in the county seat of Kisalföldi with the registration number HCC-475. In 2020, it became redundant in Győr, so it was moved to Ózd, where it was permanently scrapped in the spring of 2021. András Molnár, the owner of the Ikarus Faloda in Pécs, noticed the HCC awaiting demolition and two more Ikarus 280s; to JOB-672 from Borsod and AFF-691, also from Győr, which he then bought and moved to Pécs. Due to its deteriorated condition, JOB-672 is currently waiting for its fate to change in the parking lot, while AFF-691 was sold at the beginning of this year. The HCC-475, as the only remaining and presentable member of the previously purchased trio, serves as the interior part of the Ikarus Faloda, about which its proud owner also revealed other interesting facts. In the video series "The New Life of an Ikarus" by gyoribuszok.hu, Ikarus are presented that once served Volán of the Kisalföld and his legal successors and were preserved for posterity. In the videos, the owners of the buses talk about their value saving activities, their fearfully guarded Ikarus, and their future plans. http://www.gyoribuszok.hu/
