Restaurant Don Gedža began its story in 2005 in Dorćol, and the goal was clear - to make the best barbecue. The clientele was diverse, from ordinary workers, through journalists to high-ranking officials, and they were attracted by the specific menu designed by the owner of Slavisa. Until June 2021, Don Gedža operated in Dorćol, but as Belgrade is being built, the location where it was located is slated for demolition, so Slaviša moves her story from Don Gedža to Ugrinovce. Just 3 kilometers from the Belgrade-Zagreb highway, near the Nikola Tesla airport, there is this restaurant that, as they say, has the most unusual barbecue in Serbia. It was the menu with Komasutra, S-300, Sukhoj, Gedžosterol and similar names that attracted the Gastromarathon team, but above all the combination of grilled meat and fruit, and what we actually do in this show.
