And since I know you really like seeing succulents, I'll start the video by showing you the beauties that came from Holambra. Already at our work table, before showing you the rooting agent I use, I'll show you the results of the rooting of some nurseries, then it's time for the decapitation techniques (radical apical pruning), which I use here at the nursery. I made a step-by-step guide for you before showing you the rooting agent, because if you make a mistake in any of these steps, there's no point in paying a lot for a rooting agent, because it won't work and your rooting will not be successful. After showing the techniques of decapitation, or radical pruning, it is time to show how to prepare the substrate for planting succulents, another very important part that you need to get right. In this part of the video, I talk a little about the importance of rooting in the sun. After all, in nature, there is no one who takes the succulent out of the sun and puts it in the shade; rooting takes place in the sun itself. Ah, finally it is time to show the rooting agent. The one I use here at the nursery is fantastic, because it is rich in phosphorus, a chemical element that is extremely important in the formation of roots. A process called mitosis takes place in the root, which is the division of cells, responsible for the accelerated growth of this part of the plant at the time of rooting. In order for cell division to occur, the plant consumes a lot of energy, which is where the element phosphorus comes into play once again, because it participates in the formation of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). It is not enough to just prune a plant; a minimum understanding is necessary to have great success in growing it. This is my mission, to share with you knowledge related to the cultivation of succulents and plants in general. Let's garden? Cultivating plants, especially succulents, can be a very pleasurable moment, which is why it is therapeutic and also connects people who are driven by the same green interest. With this video, I hope to fulfill my mission of simplifying your cultivation, helping with the sharing of information, because all the knowledge accumulated by humanity only happens in the collective. There is no use for our species (humans) those who know only for themselves. Thank you very much for being here, gratitude! Good knowledge is shared knowledge!
