Ingredients Required for Lentil Meatballs 2 cups red lentils 5 cups water 5-6 stalks of fresh green onions Half a bunch of parsley 1.5 cups of fine bulgur Salt Cumin Black pepper Red pepper flakes Juice of 1 lemon For the sauce; Half a tea glass of olive oil 2 medium sized onions 1 tablespoon of pepper paste 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 1 glass of water Preparation 1. Put 2 cups of red lentils in a suitable pot. 2. Then add 5 cups of water and let it boil. 3. While the lentils are boiling, finely chop 5-6 sprigs of fresh green onions. 4. Also take half a bunch of parsley and chop it finely. 5. Add 1.5 cups of fine bulgur to the boiled lentils that have absorbed the water, stirring occasionally, and mix well. 6 Remove the lentils that have absorbed the water from the stove.
