Plus with the chocolate ganache that is sooooooo Wet Ingredients: ????1 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar ????1 Cup Vegetable/Cooking/Corn/Canola Oil ????2 Grade A Eggs ????1 Cup Buttermilk ????2 teaspoons vanilla essence ????1 tablespoon red food coloring (this is a bit much, if you like it very bright you can add more, if you don't like it too much you can reduce it) ????1/2 Cup Nescafe/Hot Coffee (this is the flavoring, don't skip it if possible) ????1 teaspoon Vinegar Bake at temperature: 165°C: 40 to 45 minutes Top and bottom heat *Tips: Check the cake at the 30th minute to make sure the cake is not overcooked, if the skewer is still sticky you can continue to cook for another 10 minutes, then check again.
