Moussaka is my favorite food and my specialty. When I want to treat someone especially well, I make them my moussaka! It's also a favorite of my family, we really like it. It is also a food famous all over the world. All tourists who come to Greece want to try it. I have been making it for many years with potato, eggplant, pumpkin, minced meat sauce and rich béchamel. I have managed to find the way to make it light and very tasty. In the rich béchamel with the full flavor I use evaporated milk and kefalotyri which makes the difference!! In the video I show you the whole process step by step so that you too can achieve it! Good luck and I look forward to your comments and impressions! Everybody knows moussaka, famous Greek mousaka to be exact :) There is not a tourist who comes to Greece that doesn't want to try moussaka and souvlaki. And with good reason. It's a delicious dish, so typical of the Greek summer! With layers of delicious potatoes, aubergines, zucchinis, meat sauce and rich bechamel sauce, it's to die for. It's not difficult to make, it just takes some time to prepare everything. If you get organized it's a lot easier.
