The most budget-friendly foundation for a bathhouse that can ever exist. These are concrete blocks. The cost price of this solution is around 4 thousand rubles. This option will definitely be affordable for anyone who wants to save money. But not all of our customers (or more precisely 99%) want to deal with the foundation issue themselves. There are several reasons: 1. Saving personal time (it is better to spend it with your family or just relax); 2. Reliability (when you are not an expert in construction, it is difficult to do construction work efficiently and quickly); 3. Warranty (when the foundation is made by one organization, it covers all warranty issues that arise due to a poor-quality foundation, we are talking about screw piles). Unfortunately, concrete blocks are likely to subside over time, this is normal, it is impossible to guarantee this. Therefore, in order to minimize subsidence and possible problems, we made a cushion of crushed stone and sand + laid 50x50 cm tiles for a more even distribution of the load.
