During our week-long vacation, we managed to visit the waterfalls of Mount Ushba, the foot of Tetnuldi, the Koruldi lakes, the Chalaadi glacier, Mestia and Ushguli. Our trip would definitely not have been this way if we had not met Galina and Zviad. The entire route was planned by Galina, Zviad drove us everywhere. We will never forget our daily evening conversations with a glass of homemade wine! It felt like we were visiting our relatives in Svaneti. On our own, we would hardly have figured out where to go, how to get there, what to see, and especially would not have found so much interesting information about these parts. In the video we tried to focus only on positive emotions, but, frankly speaking, in reality we were not very happy with the trip there. Expensive accommodation, no shops, locals did not understand us well and did not make contact. Most likely, it was worth going there only for one day - just to see the views, but we went for 2 days and suffered in search of food, water and at least some advice on orientation in this area.
