Today we are going to clarify what millionaires eat in the most expensive area of ​​Mexico. Starting with some extreme asada tacos, I tried each bite full of flavor and texture that delighted my taste buds. Then, I delved into the world of otherworldly hot dogs, an experience that challenged my senses and made me rethink how ingredients can be combined to create such a unique flavor. But that was not all. I stumbled upon one of the best tostadas at the street food, a true hidden treasure in the middle of the crowd. Each bite was an explosion of freshness and authenticity, transporting me directly to the essence of Mexican street food. The highlight of my adventure was the extreme barbecue in Polanco. Here, I came across a wide selection of exquisite and juicy meats that made me feel like a true millionaire. Each bite was a unique sensory experience, full of flavor and perfectly balanced textures. But I can’t forget to mention the world’s most choncha gordita, an out-of-the-ordinary culinary creation that defies all expectations. Its combination of unusual ingredients and bold flavors left a lasting impression on my palate. Continuing my tour, I stumbled upon some giant stew tacos and a true revelation of this tour were the chicharrón tlacoyos. These little delicacies quickly became my new obsession.
