After Ahmed Al-Sharaa, the commander of the Military Operations Department in Syria, announced a general amnesty for all military personnel recruited under compulsory service, centers were opened to settle the status of Syrian army personnel in several governorates. The procedures begin with the recruiter filling out an information form for each member and handing over the weapon in his possession, specifying its type and number.
