※ This video is part of the <Extreme Job - Satisfying the Five Senses! Bread and Rice Cake> broadcast on February 26, 2018. A rice cake factory located in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The workers here go to work late at night when everyone is asleep to make rice cakes. The rice cakes they worked hard to make all night are delivered fresh the next morning. Because of this, the workers' day and night have been reversed for a long time. The first thing they do upon arriving at work is to grind the rice that was soaked the day before... and then put the ingredients and rice flour into the mold. None of the work is easy. Everything has to go through the workers' hands more than twice to complete the process. Since they have to keep checking the rice cakes while they are steaming, the workers have to fight against the steam that reaches nearly 100 degrees every day.
