However, already now at the Russia Calling forum, the head of the company, Maxim Sokolov, told journalists that the plan, drawn up for the situation at the end of October - beginning of November, is losing its relevance. "The situation is dynamically deteriorating," Sokolov commented on the possibility of cutting the production plan. The reasons for the degradation, at first glance, are obvious: a high discount rate and prohibitively expensive loans have slowed down the market. And this rate will not decrease significantly for many months, because it is designed to combat inflation. Ironically, inflation in the car market and in the transport sector as a whole is powerfully accelerated by the increase in the recycling fee: the first stage of its indexation took place in October, and the next one is expected in January. Considering that the increase in the recycling fee was lobbied by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and AvtoVAZ, which reports to it, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the initiative has caught up with its initiators. Meanwhile, the creators of the Atom electric car shared the progress of work on the on-board electronics. And other Russian automakers did not surprise with their activity, because in a few days the Comtrans and Urbantrans exhibitions will start in Moscow, for which literally everyone is preparing premieres. KAMAZ found a way to promote the medium-tonnage Compass family on the market and maintains the relevance of the classic K3 trucks. And the Gorky Automobile Plant completed the certification of the Sobol NN passenger cars and replaced the transmission of the bonnet GAZons.
