A series of four practical sessions that will help you find out why you dream and how to understand what the dream itself or its elements mean. Psychotherapeutic methods. You can watch the entire series of seminars here: https://www.asirpsichologija.lt/semin... Since ancient times, it seemed to people that dreams hide a mysterious, but at the same time accessible meaning that can be explained. Countless dreamers have sprung from here. Remember your dreams: some are so absurd or funny. But there are also completely different ones, after which you could not recover for a long time, because they aroused very strong emotions (perhaps anxiety, anger, hopelessness, fear, etc.), affected the deepest strings of the soul and remained in the memory for a long time. Sigmund Freud, the founder of the psychoanalytic school, saw the expression of the subconscious in dreams and said that dreams are the royal road to the subconscious. Carl Jung was very interested in dreams and looked for what dreams say about our potential, how they help to solve existing human problems. According to him, each dream, like the dreamer, is unique. Therefore, a dream should always be interpreted against the background of a specific person's life, taking into account his thoughts, lifestyle, experience, his desires and the difficulties he is going through. Each person's dream is unique and carries a coded message for him, which we will learn to read. And this will open up the opportunity to find answers to personal questions that concern you, you will understand why, for example, feelings of anxiety or fear arise, why you do not complete a project or feel a sense of emptiness. A dream can become like a key to the subconscious. You just have to learn to trust and use not the dreamer's information, but to understand exactly your symbols and their meanings.
