The year changed and the last day of the previous year was absolutely beautiful! ???? A sunny, crisp, frosty day and the entire landscape was covered in pure white snow, we just had to go for a day walk to enjoy it! ❄️❄️❄️ We wanted to celebrate the change of year with blinis and I invited my father to join us. ???? He mentioned years ago that he would like to try blinis someday and now was the time. ???? It's worth making the blinis dough the day before and finishing it just before baking. Oh, how good they were! ???? I recommend trying them out if you've never eaten them. ???? You shouldn't eat them too often, they're such a hearty dish...but on a special night once a year they're sure to be delicious! ????
