Road around the world: • What if a ROAD AROUND THE WORLD was created? ???? DESCRIPTION ???? When people think of the outback, the first thing that comes to mind is a vision of small villages with poor internet located a few or even a few dozen kilometers from the nearest town. For example, in Poland, probably the largest outback is the commune of Lutowiska, which, despite being one of the largest communes in our country, is inhabited by just over 2,000 people, and we are talking about an area that is not much smaller than Warsaw, and even one and a half times larger than a country like Malta, which is inhabited by half a million people. The population density of this area is only 4 people per square kilometer, and for Poland the average value is as much as 123 people per square kilometer. The nearest city, Ustrzyki Dolne, which is inhabited by 9 thousand people, from the borders of the commune you have to cover 15 kilometers, while the nearest city with a population of over 100 thousand people is located almost 100 kilometers away and it is Rzeszów, however, it is not as remote as it might seem, because there are places on Earth where our commune appears as a real metropolis. So without further ado, let's move now to the largest wastelands on our planet. At this point, it is time for the last most isolated location in the world, which is inhabited by people, we are talking about Tristan da Cunia, an archipelago consisting of several islands in the southern part of the Atlantic Ocean. It is 2800 kilometers away from the nearest city, Cape Town, located in the Republic of South Africa, and there is no airport there, so the only way to get there is by boat. The largest of the islands is currently inhabited by 266 residents, each of whom bears one of the seven surnames found on the island, which in practice are not even used, because everyone knows each other there. © Copyrights: Video: www.videos.pexels.com www.videvo.net www.pixabay.com www.videvo.net www.videezy.com www.storyblocks.com www.storyblocks.com • Tristan da Cunha.
