Ingredients; • 2 cups red lentils • 1 cup fine bulgur • ½ cup olive oil • 1 medium-sized onion • 1 tablespoon tomato paste • 1 tablespoon pepper paste • 6-7 sprigs of scallions • half a bunch of parsley • 1 teaspoon chili pepper • 1 teaspoon cumin • 1 teaspoon black pepper • 1 teaspoon salt (to your taste) • 1 lemon ???? Preparation; Put the washed lentils in a pot and add 1 liter of water. Cook until they are boiled and turn off the stove. Add fine bulgur on the boiled lentils and mix with a spoon. (Lentils should not absorb all the water, they should remain very slightly watery.) Cover with a lid. Let the lentils and bulgur rest for 15 minutes. Add half a glass of oil or olive oil to the pan and add the diced onions. Fry until they turn pink. Add tomato paste to the onions and fry for 2-3 minutes, then pour over the lentils and bulgur and knead. (If the oil is not enough, you can add it later.) Add lemon juice and spices, knead a little more with chopped green onions and parsley and make it ready to serve. You can roll it into shapes. Bon appetit ???? ????
