Today, within EAG, we have our organizational chart in a PowerPoint. There is no specific tool to build an organizational chart. Think of it as if it were a soccer field. Each player has their specific role. In the company, it is the same thing, each employee has their specific position and is clear about what needs to be done. It is important to note that the organizational chart shows the FUNCTIONS of your company, not the PEOPLE. Because there are people who occupy more than one position, and if that person leaves your company, you can go through a reallocation process. One of our priorities for 2021 is to understand what team we need to have to achieve our goal for the year. If we are not keeping an eye on this, how will I know what functions I need?
