The Nirez Archive is known throughout Brazil for its impressive collection, which includes not only books, magazines, photographs and old equipment, but also rare museum and archival pieces. The main highlight is one of the largest collections of 78 rpm records in the country, with more than 22 thousand commercial Brazilian recordings, covering the national musical production between 1902 and 1964. In this Special Short from *A Voz da História*, we will hear directly from Nirez himself about the process of creating this extraordinary collection.
