Ta Thiet Base is a special national historical relic in Loc Thanh Commune, Loc Ninh District, Binh Phuoc Province. During the war, the Regional Command base in Ta Thiet was the last base established in the Southern battlefield. In April 1972, after gaining control of Loc Ninh District, by early 1973, the headquarters of the Regional Command located in Con Trang Hamlet, Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province was moved to Ta Thiet. This was the command center, the residence and workplace of B2 agencies. Ta Thiet Base was built on a large scale, with a system of tunnels, trenches, factories, and classrooms built solidly, ensuring training... The base was also the largest military assembly point from the North to the South to prepare for Campaigns on the battlefield. On April 8, 1975, here, Mr. Le Duc Tho, on behalf of the Politburo of the Vietnam Workers' Party, disseminated the Resolution to establish the Saigon - Gia Dinh Liberation Campaign Command. After that, the Liberation Army entered Saigon, forcing President of the Republic of Vietnam Duong Van Minh to declare surrender, ending the war on April 30, 1975. -------------------------------------- If you find the video interesting, don't forget to click LIKE, SUBSCRIBE and SHARE. ▶️ Channel address: https://www.youtube.com/c/TungTangKhác... ▶️ For any information, please contact: [email protected].
