However, on the day they moved into their rented house, they heard something that was like a bolt from the blue. The new landlord told them that his son and wife would live in the house, so they should use it cleanly for two years and move out. It was like a death sentence that they had been given the exact date they had to move out on the day they moved in. However, the lease on the house had already expired, and since they were living with their in-laws and had invested heavily in fixing up the house, they were in a desperate situation if they didn’t find someone to do the work right away. However, the problem was that no contractor was willing to touch the construction that someone else had already done. At that time, they met the architect couple who had appeared on the Architectural Exploration program as if by fate, and they finished the construction. The biggest feature of the newly renovated 69-year-old house was the spacious living room. The couple, who spent more time in the living room than in their rooms, boldly decided to have only one room and chose a living room with a kitchen that would be in a 50-pyeong house.
