About :

A major change management project started in the autumn of 2022 in the administration of the Forschungsverbund Berlin eV (FVB): the switch to a modern IT system for resource planning (Enterprise Resource Planning, or ERP for short). The ERP system SAP-R3, which the FVB has been using to map its financial flows for 25 years, must be replaced by a new one, as it will no longer be supported by SAP from 2027. Such a project is challenging for an organization: it requires the professional and technical expertise of the employees as well as attentive project communication that reaches out to everyone and encourages participation. The explanatory video aims to help with this.
