There are some things that can be consumed and that do not break the fast, the important thing is that they do not activate nutritional sensors, such as glucose or insulin. However, the most important thing about fasting is the period where you do not eat, but the moment when you do it and that is where people make the most mistakes. The idea is that you eat everything related to your requirements in a shorter time, not that you stop eating them. Also, you have to learn to eat well first and then you learn to do the fasts.
