At the beginning of April 1942, behind Syvärijoki, on the Aunus front, Soviet troops were concentrated in the raven areas east of Shemensk and Pertjärvi. After intelligence information received at Syväri's headquarters, the officers' vacations were canceled. At the beginning of April 1942, remote spotters noticed hundreds of smokestacks in the forests south of Pertjärvi and Shemensik, as well as heavy traffic on the roads leading to the border. On April 6, 1942, the remote scouts tried to reach their rear from the east side of Pertjärvi, but the advance stopped in front of a large accommodation area. Then the remote patrol came back and informed the headquarters about the large Soviet forces. The Soviet forces launched a major offensive in the Pertjärvi and Shemensi area on April 11, 1942, and later the attack was called the Kelirikko attack. In this video, I briefly talk about this attack, and in the video I have used photographs from the War Archive, which I have converted into color images with image processing programs. #Syväri #Pertjärvi #Shemenski #Bulajeva #osta #levina #Lotinanpelto #Vaaseni #Jatkosota #
