Before I even recorded the video, I had to consult with a lawyer about whether I could release something like that at all, and I was told that it would be legal under all laws. The customer's rights are not violated in the video, nor are any of the customer's personal data published. The video is just an evening short story / a story that lasted 2 years until we got the verdict. This legal dispute is currently over and all the information I published was also at the hearing which was accessible to the public. Even if it's an unpleasant video, but as I've said many times, we have nothing to hide and as soon as the situation allowed, I recorded a statement.
