Courage and persistence are the characteristics of today's Open House, which took place in Cavalcante, a city in Goiás, in the half-house, half-garden of gastronomist Juliana Luz and architect Bruno Ferreira, from Simbiose Arquitetura. The couple used to live in Brasília and would visit the waterfalls and forests of the beautiful Chapada dos Veadeiros in their free time, nurturing a distant dream of, who knows, one day being able to settle there. Then, 4 years ago, they had the opportunity to buy a 300m² plot of land in the center of Cavalcante and, with a tight budget, they began to research inexpensive ways to get the project off the ground. Bruno developed the house based on ecological principles that reflect their lifestyle, combining ancient techniques from the region with a modern aesthetic. The layout features an unconventional 100m², illustrated by three separate modules that are embraced by breathtaking landscaping, full of native trees and plants. This tour is UNMISSABLE!
