63 years ago, most of us gained independence with texts bequeathed to us by the former master. Despite the crises, wars, misunderstandings, contradictions, divergences, and nonsense, we have sometimes preserved them with zeal. The crises have been followed by wars and divisions. But has the time not come to adapt these constitutions to our realities, to our environment? Isn't it a bit naive to continue to think that these texts bequeathed ex nihilo can allow our development? Are they adapted to us? Don't we have the right to tidy them up or design others that are more in line with us? How can we put an end to this fetishism of constitutions inherited from colonization?
