Made with a versatile & easy dashi stock [Sudachi Okra Soba] ↓Click here to subscribe↓ *Scheduled to be released every Wednesday and Saturday from 7pm http://www.youtube.com/@sanpiryoron?s... ■Pork Soup (serves 2-3) [Ingredients] 150g sliced pork belly, 100g daikon radish, 50g carrots, 80g burdock, 50g konjac, 1/4 long onion, 1 tsp sesame oil, 600cc dashi stock, a little chili pepper A (3 tbsp miso, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tsp light soy sauce, ½ tsp grated ginger) ①Peel the daikon and cut into 5mm thick chrysanthemum slices Cut the carrot with the skin on into 5mm thick chrysanthemum slices or half moon slices Cut the burdock into 5mm thin diagonal slices Wash quickly with water and drain. ② Cut the konnyaku into 5mm pieces. ③ Cut the spring onion into small pieces. ④ Cut the pork into 3cm lengths and shred it. ⑤ Parboil ① and ② in water and drain. ⑥ Add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry ④ over medium heat. When the color changes and the pork has shredded, add ⑤ and stir fry until the oil is absorbed. ⑦ Add the stock, bring to a boil, skim off the scum, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes until the burdock is soft. Add more water as it reduces. ⑧ Add A and bring to a quick boil, then transfer to a bowl with ③ and sprinkle with chili pepper.
