#JeongseonTravel #JeongseonArirangTrain #Jeongseon5DayMarket #JeongseonCommercialActivationFoundation Hello. This is DailyTravel. I will introduce a train trip that allows you to enjoy the best snowy scenery while taking a train in the clean area of Gangwon-do. ▶ The Jeongseon Arirang Train (A-Train) is a tourist train that goes through Cheongnyangni, Yangpyeong, Wonju, Jecheon, Yeongwol, Mindungsan, Jeongseon Station, Najeon, and Auraji. Especially from Yeongwol, it passes through five regions, so you can feel the clean nature as it is. Each car is numbered 1 to 4. Car 1 has a total of 60 seats, including double seats and an observation car. Car 2 has a total of 24 seats, including a cafe bar, table seats, and double seats. Car 3 has a total of 56 seats, including double seats and seats for the disabled. Car 4 has a total of 60 seats, including double seats and an observation car. Personally, I found Car 2 to be spacious and comfortable because it had tables. *Seat selection is better on the left side. / Each seat has a power outlet and a bag hanger, so it's comfortable. ▶ How to reserve Jeongseon Arirang Train 1. Here, we order Hoedongjip, the most famous restaurant, dotori jelly roll, kotdeungchigi noodles, and assorted pancakes. Dotori jelly roll with a rich seasoning sauce made with acorn jelly (9,000 won) Kotdeungchigi noodles named after their chewy noodles that hit the bridge of the nose (7,000 won) Assorted pancakes filled with buckwheat pancakes, millet bukkumi, bindaetteok, and cabbage pancakes (10,000 won) ▶ Move to Najeon Station Take bus number 10 from the Samik gas station bus stop near the 5-day market at around 2:30 PM and travel to Bukpyeong Integrated Bus Terminal for about 20 minutes. You must sit on the right side of the bus, and you can see a beautiful snowy landscape that makes you feel like you're in Switzerland. ▶ Najeon Station Cafe If you walk for about 5 minutes from Bukpyeong Integrated Bus Terminal, you will arrive at Najeon Station Cafe, full of old retro sensibility. It is a cafe located inside Jeongseon Bukpyeong Najeon Station, and it is one of the stations through which Jeongseon Arirang Train passes. It was also the background for Seo Taiji's cell phone CF in the past. In front of the station, there are statues that recreate the old scenes, and you can take pictures wearing station worker uniforms. Many people visit here to write postcards, and there is also a slow mailbox, so you can receive them a year later. ▶ Move to Auraji Station (16:30 bus) Return to Bukpyeong Integrated Bus Terminal and take bus number 10 to Auraji Station (Yeorang Public Bus Stop). The bus ride lasts for about 10 minutes, and even more beautiful scenery unfolds before your eyes. Get off at Yeorang Public Bus Stop ▶ Auraji Eoreumchi Place This is Eoreumchi Place where two giant eel fish welcome you. Eoreumchi shapes were created using scrapped trains. Inside, there is a small library and a DIY experience center for making rice cakes. Jeongseon Rail Bike is also located nearby. ▶ Auraji is famous as the source of the Hangang River. Take your time and enjoy some quiet time while looking around Auraji. At 17:49, board the Jeongseon Arirang train to Cheongnyangni to conclude your day trip.
