This week, Gipsy Chef is revealing one of its biggest secrets: its foolproof chicken spice mix, Risky Chicken. Dare to try it with these chicken breasts served on a salad leaf. It's a simple recipe, but one you'll want to repeat over and over again. Do you dare to prepare it? 00:26 - Cut a couple of lemon peels and a couple of lime peels. Cut into small pieces. 00:36 - Turn the heat to low and add a tablespoon of black peppercorns and the lemon and lime peels to the pan. Toast for two minutes. 1:05 - Add a little flaky salt and a tablespoon of oregano. Continue toasting with the rest of the ingredients, being careful not to burn. 1:35 - Grind the toasted spices very finely. You can use a coffee grinder. 1:57 - Add half a tablespoon of instant coffee and continue grinding. 2:15 - Cut two very thin slices of chicken breast, place on top of a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle the spices on top and a good splash of olive oil. Cover well and close the paper.
