A list is an invitation to lynching in any way, that's for sure. But when it comes to the post-2000 period, our cinema has come across such a wide range of cinematic products that it is really very difficult to evaluate all of them properly. Over the past 24 years, our cinema has been both colored with promising productions that increased that momentum at the end of the 90s and has become obese with such unsophisticated, unqualified, trash films that it would be a pity for its soul. But no matter what, a lot of productions that have attracted attention in the international arena with their rich narratives have passed through the silver screen. I don't expect the lists to be fair or to meet expectations, but I would like to emphasize that I tried to make the fairest list possible.
