Secure your spot on the Gardening – The Miracle of Multiplication course: ✅ https://cursosminhasplantas.com.br/ja... Calcium is a fundamental nutrient for all plants because, among other benefits, it strengthens cell walls and makes the greenery more resistant to attacks from pests and diseases. Eggshells are an ingredient that everyone has at home and are rich in calcium. There are many ways to use eggshells in gardening. In this video, gardener Carol Costa teaches a method to make it easier for plants to absorb calcium. This homemade recipe is inspired by Korean organic agriculture (Korean Natural Agriculture – KNF) and has a very simple step-by-step guide. Place 10 to 15 eggshells on a baking sheet and break them into medium-sized pieces. DO NOT use a blender. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the shells for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Then, remove from the oven and wait for them to cool. Then, using a scale, weigh 100 grams of eggshells and place them in a large glass jar. Add 1 liter of alcohol vinegar. Cover the jar with 2 sheets of paper towel and a rubber band. Store the jar in a shaded and airy place for 7 days, occasionally straining the mixture to remove any eggshells that appear floating. This prevents the recipe from forming mold. After 7 days, test to see if the mixture has stopped bubbling. If so, strain the liquid and transfer it to another bottle (plastic or glass). That's it, you can use it now. When applying, dilute 1 milliliter of the mixture in 1 liter of water.
