For the first manned mission to Saturn's moon Titan, a small group of international scientists have been simulating their everyday working life on the ice-cold moon at an Arctic polar station for several months. In the fields of geophysics, oceanography, glaciology and biology, they are drilling, researching and analyzing in the laboratories and, in particular, testing coexistence in a confined living space. It is shortly before Christmas and a new technician has joined the team in the supply helicopter, which is flying in food, a Christmas tree and equipment for the final stage of the simulation. No sooner have they arrived than gruesome murders take place at the polar station, apparently committed by an unknown creature with long claws. Because of the bad weather, the polar station is unable to request help from outside, so they set out to hunt the beast themselves with sparse weapons... CAST Dr. David Ryan...
