Our start to the year was great. The tobogganing blitz was scheduled again on the weekend of January 27th and 28th, 2024 and the weather was indescribably good. Unfortunately there was a lack of snow. But there was endless sunshine. For the second time, the tobogganing blitz was organized by the IGE Werrabahn itself. The 3 Triangula Bom cars and the club's own buffet car were used. The star of the special train is of course the 41 1144-9 based in Eisenach. The route from Eisenach via Bad Salzungen, Wernshausen, Schmalkalden, Zella-Mehlis and Oberhof to Arnstadt was the same as last year. Next weekend, February 3rd and 4th, 2024, the tobogganing blitz will still run on the aforementioned route. Now have fun enjoying the recordings :)
